Just one little "0"...

...caused Friday's comic to not post--sorry. Blame it on my thick fingers, but when naming the file that SHOULD have shown up on Friday, I hit the zero button one too many times. Here is the comic that you missed. I have renamed it and it should show up correctly in the archive later today. So go back a page, read that, then read this, then look up and read that, then spin around three times, and... I am such a goof.

Sheesh! I probably would have found the error Friday, but was up in Canada for the Calgary EXPO-- wow, talk about a great show! I'll put up a full report later, but right now, let me just thank everyone who came by and mentioned the sight or podcast, the event organizers (especially Blaine and Kandrix!), and Andy Runton (Owly), who was responsible for me getting invited in the first place (hi, Andy's mom!)

Tip your waitress!

2012 Appearance Schedule - From Williamsport to Calgary, Baltimore and Beyond!!

First, Happy Holdays, and soon, Happy New Year!

Thanks so much for making me feel so welcome, and your support and eyeballs! :)

It's not even 2012, and I've already lined up a schedule of appearances, including two brand new shows for Team Buzzboy!

First off is the Wildcat Con! in Williamsport PA April 13-14, 2012

The ever-expanding world of comics - from the Sunday funnies and comic books to graphic novels, manga and animation to video games -will be celebrated during Wildcat Comic Con, set for April 13-14 on Pennsylvania College of Technology's main campus in Williamsport.

The convention's name is based on the Penn College mascot, the Wildcat, so named in 1966 after a college-wide contest sponsored by the Student Government Association of the former Williamsport Area Community College.

Held over two days at various campus facilities and centered around the college's Madigan Library, the first-ever Wildcat Comic Con will feature programming and entertainment for high school and college students who want to enter the exciting worlds of comics and graphic-novel publishing, animation and gaming development.

Next up is a show that I have heard about for years and could not be happier to be a guest at:
Calgary Comic Expo!
Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo – Western Canada’s largest pop culture convention and the 2nd largest in all of Canada!

If you’ve never been to our convention before then you’ve certainly come to the right place!  It is our objective to bring to you some of the best names in sci-fi, horror, comics, anime, cartoons, gaming and animation so that you can experience, first hand, the energy and electricity of what we like to call “full-frontal nerdity”.

Apart from rubbing elbows with celebs, you will have the opportunity to sit in on our many panels and workshops, dedicated to inform you about your area of interest. Whether it is voice acting, breaking into the comic book industry, improv sessions and everything in between – there is certainly something for you.

The Calgary Expo also offers special events such as after-show parties, screenings, costume competitions and various other goodies that are TBA so that your weekend is certain to be action packed from start to finish.

The 2011 expo had an attendance of 30,000 people so why not be a part of our 2012 convention to make it the biggest and best year to date? Join us from April 27th to the 29th for a weekend of full-frontal nerdity!

Also on the agenda is the San Diego Comic-Con, Baltimore Comic-Con, and SPX in Bethesda MD. Stay tuned for more news...
